The number of tech gadgets on our hands keeps us from being fully immersed in the digital world. This can give us the chance to be distracted. We can’t resist the temptation of having something shiny and new in front of us. We can’t resist the urge to check our phones for our messages and respond. We can be overly-focused on a single source of information that can overwhelm us.
The main reason we are so easily distracted is because technology can easily be used to manipulate our brains. By giving us an overly-focused source of information, technology can manipulate our brains to make us feel more relaxed, more in control, and to ignore our inner voices. This can also lead us to doing things that we wouldn’t normally do or that we would rather be doing something else. In short, technology can be used as a way of making us feel like less of a person.
I think that is the main reason so many people are into technology. To be able to control our own minds and make us feel as if we are not being controlled by something out in the world. The main thing we need to do is learn to live with and manage our own inner voices, which are often just a reflection of our own minds.
It’s not that we should stop using technology, it’s just we need to learn to manage our own inner voices. For us to be able to use technology in a healthy way, we need to learn to say no to our own instincts and say yes to the voices that tell us to do things that we normally wouldn’t do.
This is one of the reasons why I think it is so important to get a good night sleep. As we get older, we start to notice that our brains start to shut down. We become tired, we get bored, we get frustrated, we get more stressed out, and we lose any ability to control our own inner voices. By being awake and conscious of our feelings, we can keep ourselves from being so controlled.
Technology has brought us to a point where our inner voices start to be just as loud as our outer ones. While we don’t like to admit it, this is one of the reasons that I think it is so important to get a night sleep. The voices that tell us to do things that we normally wouldn’t do are just as loud as the ones that tell us to think of a better way to do things.
This is a topic I have written about many times over on this blog. It is true that all our inner voices are just as loud as our outer ones, but it is not always so loud that we may not be able to control them. If we are aware of our inner voices, we can consciously choose to turn them down. This can be done at any time during the day, and is very easy to do.
This is also true in our lives. Technology is the one thing that makes everything else in our lives easier. Yet as long as we don’t have technology to help us, we will almost certainly be in the “no technology” category. That’s because with the technology we have now, we can’t always do what we want to do. We have to decide how much we want a particular thing.
I wish I could take the technology out of the equation. But I dont. As a matter of fact, I dont really even know what I want to do. I just know that I want to make music. I want to be able to make music without a studio and a bunch of other people. I want to have the kind of creative freedom that I think artists have to create something that is completely new and different.
I want to be able to play my music at home, on my computer, and be able to make it sound good. I dont want to be stuck being a studio musician. I want to be able to take my music to any place, any time. I want to be able to play it in public, on the beach, on the street, in front of a crowd, any place. I want to be able to do this without having to buy expensive equipment.
