I know the Minecraft server has been up for a little over a month now and the first batch is already out. It might not be long until it is full of players, but I am excited that the mod allows you to make your own maps. I hope you enjoy the new features as much as I do, and I would love to see what you create and share with the group.
Mine is a very powerful game, and it is extremely customizable. It is a very open and collaborative game, and while a mod might not be able to alter that, you can still create custom worlds and add to the world for many different reasons. I made my own “Hills of Terror” map for a game called “Worlds”.

You can easily create your own maps if you are interested.
I’m not sure if it would be too much of a spoiler to say that the game engine is completely new and unlike any other minecraft engine that exists. It does have an engine and a scripting language but it is not as powerful as the original minecraft engine. The game editor is very easy to use and does not require a lot of time to learn. After you have created your map you can save your map to your hard drive.
The game engine has not been publicly released yet. There will be an official release in the future. I think the game is awesome though. It’s not like Minecraft, it’s not the “modder’s paradise” kind of game. But it is awesome in the way that Minecraft is. You should check it out.
Minecraft is still being actively developed so it’s not too late. The game is being developed by a small team in a pretty small space. There are no new features being added in the game yet, but I think it will be a great game.
