After you beat the game you can get a code (and all the cool stuff) from the developers and download the full game, which you can also play online. If you already own Deathloop, you can download it and play it on a PC. On the Xbox 360 you can play it on the Xbox Live Arcade service.
For me, I think the best part of Deathloop is the gameplay. The game will be completely open-ended and there will be no tutorials. The game will have no story, just this one massive tutorial, and you will have to figure it out on your own. The tutorials are very simple and the game will take around 10 minutes to play through. It can take you several times longer, but it will definitely be worth it. The game is also very customizable.
