I think the key to making any habit of reflection and self-awareness is to practice it. Being able to recognize the difference between our thoughts and our actions is something that takes practice, so practicing it with the right tools makes it easier.

Here’s one of the techniques to try: You can actually see your own thoughts and actions in your head. With a little bit of practice it becomes easy to just look at your own mind and what is going on there. And that makes it much easier to recognize that you’re making decisions, that you have choices, that you are making them.

The point of this technique is to practice the ability to recognise when you are in the moment without being aware of what you’re doing. In the above example, when you see the word “do” you can clearly see the word “do” in your own head. You can see your own actions without being aware of that. Its like a video game but instead of just seeing what you’re doing, you can see what is going on in your own mind.

When you have a moment where you are able to see yourself as just another human being – a machine, a zombie, a computer – you can now start to question and learn. You can then work towards becoming more aware of what you are doing.

One of the main things that makes the idea of self-awareness so interesting is that our minds are constantly developing and evolving. We do things we never thought we would, and yet all of this knowledge and data is stored in our brains. When we become aware of what is happening in our brains, we can actually do something about it. It’s like a sort of “wake-up call” for our minds, allowing us to take action on what is happening.

One of the best ways to train your brain is to do something that is challenging. The way to do that is to challenge yourself. That is, to do something that you haven’t done before. If you do something that no one has done before, and it turns out to be an improvement, that could then lead to a great improvement in your learning. If you think about something that no one has done before, you will have a better idea of what will work and what won’t.

The way to challenge yourself is to try something new, which means that you have to go through a series of trials where you have to make a choice. What do you choose? What will you choose? And the only way to know what that is is if you have to make that decision in real life.

For the last week or so, I have been having my eyes closed. I’m not really sure why that is. I’m not totally sure I have any of the skills to make this decision but I’m not worried. I think I am going to learn how to make this decision. I am going to do it.
