The term “analytical technology” has become a catch-all for different types of technology. In my mind it comes from the technology that is able to look at and process data, as well as the various types of analytical software that provide the data needed to make sense of it.
It seems it’s been used quite loosely, but it’s important to note that in the context of technology this term is also used to mean the ability to do a lot of things that might sound like the same thing, like be able to analyze (and therefore predict) the weather, or predict the spread of disease, predict the spread of a virus, or forecast the behavior of a mob. The term analytical technology isn’t usually a bad thing either.
One of the things that makes any technology useful is the ability to be used for more than one purpose. It is easy to get overwhelmed with the number of things we can do with the technology because, well, it is useful. But to make sure that it keeps working as the last thing you need, you need to know what youre doing with it. To make this knowledge useful, we need to be able to put it all together into a useful system.
One of the things that makes analytical technology useful is the ability to be used for more than one purpose. If youre looking for a job, you can look at the applications that people with the job write. You can look at the resume of a programmer at a programming company. Or you can look at the resume of the architect you hired.
If youre a developer, you can look at the applications written by your fellow developers. You can look at the resumes of your boss, or any other developer. You can even look at the resume of your boss and see what applications he wrote. But most importantly you can look at the applications that your boss writes.
This is why it’s important to get a good job. You can look at your boss’s resume to see what they wrote. But there’s a lot more to it. Your boss can put in their own resume, complete with all of their own experiences (and any job they held). You can take a look at their resume and see what they wrote.

But theres one area where you can’t really look at resumes because there is no way to take a look at your boss’s resume. You can’t look at your boss’s resume because you don’t have the access.

They dont have access to your bosss resume. Theres a lot of companies that make it very clear that they dont need a resume for every one of their employees.
